We were tasked by MBNA to completely re-position their Rewards Scheme as they were experiencing lack of engagement and redemptions from their customers. Our piece generated awareness of the scheme while giving customers a reason to choose our programme as their first choice. Early indications have been extremely positive in terms of sign-ups, actual redemptions and interest in the scheme.
